It's very well located near to the cities most famous sightseeing. The personel were very helpful also. We couldn't eat our breakfast during our stay and the hotel charged back.
It´s very simple to the price that is charged (140 euro)... it was the most expensive hotel from our trip but we could find better hotels and cheaper than this one. The room is also small and not very confortable... At the end you pay for the location more than the hotel itself.

Location. Breakfast was superior.
there is very little space outside of the room to sit and use wi-fi etc. there are only two small tables available and a staff person occupied one of those for more than five hours in the morning. That staff person was aware that people came and went looking for a place to sit down. Wi-fi connections were difficult to both connect to and keep once connected.

Excellent location with easy access to the city center Marienplatz, metro and various kinds of restaurants.
Facilities are kind of old. Twin beds too soft. No electronic kettle provided in the room for making hot water. No complementary coffee or tea bags, or bottled water. When that coincides with the fact that its well-known gourmet restaurant was not in use during our because its roof collapsed. So, we have to buy water to bring back to the hotel EVERYDAY. This is extremely difficult when it comes to hot water, as most of the restaurants and cafes we went to charge you on hot water : o

Great Location.
Window in the bathroom door was very strange. Staff mentioned there was an accident in the kitchen so no breakfast was being served and the car park was being worked on so we had to find alternative parking.

The whole story in a nutshell
A lovely traditional hotel rich in history. Ideal for exploring, located steps away from vibrant markets and attractions. The breakfast spread was hearty, although air conditioning would enhance comfort during hot summer days. The staff's warmth and attentiveness stood out, despite minor hiccups in service. Truly a quaint spot to savor Munich's charm.
